Tracey Northam

Tracey currently resides at Rice Lake with her family, all of whom have lived in the area since the 1950s.

Tracey has enjoyed a career in sales for more than 25 years.

A former member of the Alaskan Malamute Association, Big Brothers / Big Sisters, and a relief foster parent for the Northumberland Children's Aid Society.

Tracey presently enjoys her full-time Real Estate career and prides herself in her honesty and integrity. Tracey enjoys working with clients to assist in selling their existing home and/or finding the next perfect property.

Having gone to the extra effort to serve her clients better, Tracey has qualified for the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) certification. This provides her with the network and tools to effectively operate outside of Canada – wherever your dreams may reside!
